I've been coming to vrv3 for years and I absolutely love it! The classes are amazing and the instructors do a great job spending time with each student and remembering what my level is from class to class. The vibes are super welcoming, everyone is very friendly and the community is amazing. If you're thinking of trying pole but a little hesitant, I highly recommend vrv3!

Great studio - encouraging, inclusive, and fun vibes. Wish I'd started coming here sooner! I felt a bit intimidated trying pole and aerial for the first time but needn't have - everyone is so encouraging, positive and motivating.

I absolutely love this studio! Everyone treats you with so much kindness and patience. The instructors really pay attention to what you’re ready for and help you grow at your own pace. Every class feels empowering and fun. it’s the best part of my day!

I've really enjoyed my time at VRV3! I had very little experience when I started, and all the instructors have been very welcoming and helpful. They are always willing to offer advice on which level you should be in or which classes to take to help you reach your goals. This is also a great space to make friends and build community!
