Studio Policies

Updated: January 1, 2026

We aim to be as transparent as possible. So here’s some not so fine print to help you navigate.

Intro Offers

  • Intro offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and not shareable.

  • You can only choose one Intro Offer.

  • Intro Offer expirations start from date of first class. Example: you purchased a 2-week intro pack on March 1 and took class on March 3. Your pack expires on March 17.

  • Expiration dates are firm, no extensions.

Monthly Memberships

  • Memberships require a commitment of 3 to 12 months

  • After the commitment is fulfilled:

    • 3-month memberships go month-to-month

    • 6- and 12-month memberships will cancel automatically

  • We require 30 days notice for cancellation.

  • Canceling your membership before the commitment is completed will result in early termination fees up to 50% of the remaining value of your commitment.

  • If you need to pause your membership, please contact us at info@vrv3studios.com

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be canceled 4 hours before start time without penalty. If no sign ups 3 hours before start time, classes will be canceled by the studio.

Workshops and skill labs must be canceled 7 days ahead.

Private lessons must be canceled 24 hours ahead. If less than 24 hours, you are responsible for 100% of the lesson.

Parties and equipment rentals have their own cancellation policies.

Late Policy

We know things happen, so there is a 10 minute grace period for late students. After 10 minutes (from class start time) students may no longer be permitted to take class for the safety of students. Your class credit will be forfeit, however you are eligible for a Transfer Credit. (See below)

Transferring Classes

If you know you’re not able to make it to class and it’s outside of our cancellation window, we do offer a class transfer with a $10 fee.

ClassPass Bookings

ClassPass is a third-party system and has its own policies that we adhere to. Therefore, no changes, exceptions, transfers or extensions are possible. Anything booked via ClassPass must be dealt with through ClassPass not us.

Bookings through us have more flexibility!

Extensions

Each package, offer and event has its own unique expiration period. Please read carefully when purchasing. Expiring classes may be regained with purchase of new pack.

Check the extension form for more details.

No Show

A no show is when you are signed up for class and do not attend. Your class will be forfeit and a no-show fee may apply.

Waitlist

When it is more than 3 hours before class starts, students will be automatically added to class in the order they joined the waitlist.

Less than 3 hours before class starts, all waitlisted students will receive a notification when a spot becomes free. These open spots are first-come, first-serve.
