Client Experience Specialist
The first person our students see when they come to our studio is our front desk staff. As the face of VRV3 Studios, it’s important that our desk staff are friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. We’re looking for a qualified individual to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our students. They will be responsible for greeting members and guests, answering and making phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in customer service and fitness booking software, as well as a passion for dance or fitness.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Support walk-ins for class sign ups and answer questions
Work within our CRM to facilitate client experience
Process merchandise purchases
Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Update student information in the database
Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and amicable manner
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Perform cleaning duties such as restocking, vacuuming, sweeping, and trash management
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Clean the studio
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Applications, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience with Kenko CRM
Previous experience working in a gym or fitness center

First Aid and CPR certification
Compensation and Scheduling
$19.18/hour
Weeknight shifts approx: 4:15pm-10:00pm and 3:30pm-9:30pm
Weekend shifts approx: 8:30am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-6:30pm
