Extension & Rollover Policies

Uh oh! Need more time to use your classes? While we do have firm expiration dates on our class packs we’ve been searching for a better way to give you an option for when life just happens. So, if ya need a bit of an extension here are your options.

How it works

Decide if you need: an extension of your current pack OR to rollover unused credits.

• If you want to rollover unused credits:

  • When you buy a new pack (of any size) we’ll gladly add expired classes to the new pack.

  • One (1) class can be extended for free, each additional class is a charge of $5

• If you are extending the existing expiration date of a drop-in pack:

  • We'll gladly extend the pack's existing expiration date for $30 for 30 days

  • Please keep in mind this adds days to the existing expiration date, not today's date or the request date.

  • If your pack has expired more than 30 days ago we recommend using a rollover (see below).
    
    

How to do a Rollover

1. Purchase new drop-in pack

2. Fill out and submit the Rollover Request form below

3. That’s it! Your extended classes should be on your new pack within 48 hours (M-F)
   Please make sure your payment method is up to date to make sure we’re able to process as quickly as possible
