INSTRUCTOR

At age sixteen, towards the end of quarantine, Persia was first introduced to the wondrous world of aerial arts while scrolling on Instagram. Completely enchanted, she couldn’t wait to take her first class as soon as studios re-opened their doors. With a strong background in Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Weightlifting (and a lifelong dream of being a dancer), everything about aerials felt natural to Persia, catapulting her into teaching aerial silks. After teaching for over a year, she moved to the University of San Francisco and quickly transitioned to her new home studio: VRV3! 

Growing up, Persia joined her parents in their tactical and close-quarter combat training. During these training sessions, she began learning the intricacies of human movement, biomechanics, and being in touch with one’s own body. Drawing upon these skills, Persia’s teaching style centers around empowering her students to gain control of their minds and bodies in new ways as they learn the foundations of aeri
